As part of our continued response to COVID19, we follow Department of Health and Social Care’s (DHSC) guidance and the government’s COVID-19 vaccination regulation. The regulation means that workers in all NHS roles which have face-to-face contact with patients and service users from1 April 2022will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempt. From3 February 2022,University College London Hospitals (UCLH) will require every new employee that joins UCLH, to provide evidence of their vaccination status or legitimate exemption, as a condition of their employment.

Knowledge & Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • a. Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register
  • a. Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register
Desirable criteria
  • c. Relevant Teaching course (FO)**

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Registered Nurses one year’s post-registration experience in a peri-operative environment
