Our operational hours are between 0600 - 0000 Mon-Sun. You will be required to work x 4 10 hour shifts a week and weekend work is usually 1 in 5/6 weeks.

What salary and benefits can you expect? Our salary and benefits package include an hourly rate of £10.38 (38.5 hours per week) with access to a variety of discounted high street benefits. What we expect Colleagues who are genuinely passionate for providing essential services to the NHS. You will be responsible for transporting patients to and from their medical appointments and between hospitals so the need to deliver excellence and a caring approach is critical to our business.
As an essential service supporting the NHS, this role does cover some early morning, evening and weekend shifts.

A Successful ACA Is
Committed to patient care, delivered with empathy
The flexibility to work shift hours which can at time run slightly over
A calm, considerate, careful driver, with no more than three penalty points
An effective communicator and experience of communicating with others in what can often be emotional circumstances
A natural flair for team working and collaboration
Physically fit for patient handling and moving
Familiar with the local and surrounding area, within a 50-mile radius
A team worker
