We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about aviation to join our management team at LHR Airport,the initial contract is for a period of 6 months to support our customer Airline. The ideal candidate shall be a holder of a LHR airside pass.

Responsibilities

Airline Passenger Guest ambassadors , providing above wing ground handling activities from check-in to the gate.

Delivering a service with a smile and a customer centric experience through out the passenger airline touch points in the terminal.

Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer.

Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase Red Handling a Fenix Logistix company as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognized by its standard of work and delivery.
