We have an exciting opportunity for anAir Conditioning Engineer to join our Facilities Maintenanceteam at Stannah.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of air conditioning units across our properties on East Portway and Andover sites.

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience of working as an Air Conditioning Engineer with strong working knowledge of the installation and servicing of a wide range of air conditioning systems.

It is essential that the successful candidate is F-Gas certified.

Working as part of the facilities maintenance team, the air conditioning engineer will be expected to be ’on call’ as part of a rota to respond to emergency breakdowns across the sites, which may include some weekend and evening working.

A generous flexibility allowance and overtime payments are provided in return in addition to pay. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to working hours to support the rota and the responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of air conditioning systems across a portfolio of premises
  • Attend reactive service calls on a variety of air conditioning units, including splits and VRF systems
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation units
  • Undertake fault diagnosis of existing systems
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • F Gass Certified
  • Full driving licence
