Hundreds of millions of people now use Siri to send a message, play their favourite song or even take a selfie. We’re looking for a passionate individual able to work on the processing, analysis and preparation of data sets used to train Siri’s machine learned models. You will love big data technologies, including data exploration, visualisation, distributed processing and applications at scale.

Key Qualifications

Proficiency in software development using Python

Experience of software development with Scala or willingness to learn it

Commitment to high quality, well-tested code

Preferable: you have experience with machine learning systems and producing data sets for training and evaluation

You are curious and enjoy learning new technologies, rapidly synthesising new information, and understanding “the why” before “the what.”

You are humble, continually growing in self-awareness and possessing a growth mindset
