Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Agricultural Mechanic who has a can-do attitude who will join an existing team based in St Albans. This is a Mobile position and is expected to cover the Milton Keynes, Cambridge and North London areas. The ideal candidate must be able to work alone and as part of a team.

Job Purpose

As an Agricultural Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of horticultural plant and machinery. Maintenance activities will include PDIs, safety inspections, servicing, and general damage repairs. An interest in horticulture with some horticultural skills and experience – ideally from within a similar environment.

Skills and experiences:

  • Need to have previous experience of servicing and repairing horticultural plant and equipment
  • Be an enthusiastic and reliable team player with good customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Relevant NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
  • A full UK driving licence with towing is an essential requirement.
