An excellent opportunity to join our busy Farm Team, working our land across Hampshire, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced engineers/mechanics, with previous experience supporting busy farming operations through the maintenance and servicing of various agricultural machinery and equipment

With a strong mechanical aptitude, candidates will have good organisational abilities, possess a resourceful, problem-solving attitude and have the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively. This is a key role within the farming team, working to ensure all equipment, plant/machinery are in first class working order, including:

  • Tractors
  • Trailers
  • Harvesting machinery
  • Irrigation equipment
  • Sprayers

You will be a solid team player, organised, proactive and prepared to work flexible hours when required to ensure first class engineering/maintenance support for the Farm

Requirements

  • Previous agricultural engineering experience
  • Familiar with a range of agricultural equipment
  • Ensure all machinery and vehicles are efficiently maintained and satisfy all Health & Safety and legal requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Tractor driving experience
  • Min 1 year experience working with farm machinery
  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
