A unique and interesting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Administrator / Technician to join our Dumfries Consultancy office.

Duties include:
  • Office administration and organisation
  • Preparing emails, letters, reports & documents for clients
  • Project management & invoice processing
  • Detailed data entry including financial accounts
  • On farm sampling & preparing and administering silage & soils
  • Preparing farm maps using software
  • Providing support & assistance to consultants & clients
  • Face to face consultation activities with clients to collect information
  • Assist in organising & facilitating farm advisory meetings

The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education and have experience of Microsoft Office and particularly Word and Excel. An ability to be accurate, adaptable, and previous experience of working in an office environment is essential. An interest in the agricultural industry would be beneficial. Please note, a driving licence is essential for this role.
