Salary: Up to £80,000 plus benefits

With new products and projects in the pipeline we are looking for an Agile Chapter Lead, who can lead and motivate a team of Scrum Masters, and who constantly strives to better the team’s methodologies, and improve individual’s organisation, in order to provide the best outcome for the business.

About the role:

As an Agile Lead, you will aid and oversee the progression of a community of Scrum Masters, with a focus on constant improvement of both the work of the teams, and the individuals in the teams themselves. Someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to improve and adapt in order to overcome challenges is exactly what the business are looking for. It is not only Scrum Masters who you will influence, but part of your role will also be coaching business stakeholders to educate them on methods for promoting and increasing business agility.

You will also have a focus on putting the team’s well being high on your list of priorities, and ensuring that a deep understanding of not only how by why Scrum is used and how it has a positive impact on the business.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar Agile Coach/Scrum Master role
  • Experience mentoring and coaching development teams rather than managing
  • Able to foster an agile culture, bringing stakeholder objective in line and on board with the agile vision
  • An excellent understanding of the servant/leader methodology with a great understanding of Scrum
  • A strong understanding of technology with the ability to hold technical conversations with techies and non-techies alike
  • Experience applying agile thought process and collaboratively implementing agile culture
  • Enthusiastic to experiment with other approaches, such as Kanban and Lean to adapt work to customer needs
  • Contribute to the monthly innovation day and constantly engage in conversations surrounding development
