An exciting opportunity to join the ‘After Sales Department’ here at our Falmouth Factory a Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group.

Your role will be to provide effective technical solutions, support, information and problem solving to; global sales teams, end customers, group companies, distributors and our Service Centers in relation to the function, performance, fault finding, maintenance and the use our products.

You will interpret customer product spares and peripherals requirements; specifying and quoting as required.

The role will assist in providing service, repair and loan solutions and entering enquiries into Ax Dynamics, ensuring a first class customer service level is achieved at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • HNC or equivalent covering an engineering discipline relevant to our products.
  • HNC or equivalent covering electronics systems and electronic control systems.
  • Experience of a technical support role, fluid or pumping systems or applications and industrial electronic control systems is desirable.
  • Resilient and able to work in a high pressured environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

This will be a role that is primarily factory based, needing regular access to our Falmouth Factory. Occasional Global Travel to worldwide locations will be required.
