Aftersales Customer Relations Manager Required In Weston-super-Mare.
  • Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum plus additional bonus earned (roughly £300-750 per month)
  • Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings required.

Our client, a large multi-site car dealer group established across South West England are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Sales Administrator for one of their head office in Weston-super-Mare.

In this Aftersales Customer Relations Manager role you will be the key touch point for all customer interactions in our client’s dealership regarding aftersales inquiries. As a fast paced highly customer centric business this role will be to help facilitate exceptional customer experience on every visit. Working as part of a larger relationship team means that this will provide a fabulous working environment where fresh ideas and intuition are welcomed.

You will be a main conduit between our client’s busy sales and aftersales facilities, providing a high level of expertise in sales customer retention, using the tools provided by the business, to ensure the customer only wants to deal with our client.

Do you need prior experience for the role? In short; no!

Current or recent experience working in a similar Aftersales Customer Relations Manager role in the motor trade is highly advantageous to our client however they are very open to considering candidates with no prior automotive experience provided you come from a strong customer service orientated background and are looking to undertake a new exciting challenge in the trade.

A UK driving license with minimal points and an interested in cars would be beneficial but is not essential. Overall you will be able to deliver the very highest level of support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with well-rounded IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

For your hard work as a Aftersales Customer Relations Manager our client is offering:
  • Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
