Main duties of the job

Working closely with the unit managers, district nursing teams, pharmacy, vascular access device teams and other specialties, the advanced nurse practitioner will be expected to support the continued development of intravenous therapy services within community services.

This will include outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy, monoclonal antibody treatment for patients with Covid 19, blood transfusions and other therapy for long term and short term conditions.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
