What type of person are we looking for?

At DNA it’s the person’s approach and willingness to do what is needed that is most important when we look to bring someone on-board. We are therefore looking for exceptionally talented individuals who’ve got a mix of experience in customer services and ideally a strong computer proficiency.

You’ll be responsible for the preparation of quotes to be issued to clients, handling and supporting the booking of collection appointments with them and making sure their cases progress smoothly and on time. You’ll be expected to work well as part of your immediate team as well as the wider sales team and company.

Roles & responsibilities will include:

  • Case Management of Private Immigration, DNA & D&A cases
  • Client Support Invoicing
  • DNA Results Issuing
  • Working with Client Support/Sales in answering calls and directing to the appropriate destination
  • Covering Client Support Team Members when away
  • Supporting in arranging urgent appointments for the Sales Team

  • Excellent computer skills, fast accurate typing
  • A problem solver who knows how to word responses simply that cover exactly what questions customers have
  • Dealing with a high intensity customer service environment
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and work out your time to complete all tasks required
  • Great at English as well as spelling and grammar
  • Ability to ‘read in-between the lines’ of what customers ask; to respond to what they are really asking
