We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organized, hard working individual to join the Ophthalmology admissions team. The successful applicant will need to have experience in an office environment along with excellent IT skills and have a good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office packages. The individual will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be joining a team of 6 Patient Pathway co-ordinators arranging admissions for daily theatre lists. We are a busy, hardworking department and so you must be prepared for a demanding role but one that is very rewarding. Cross cover of office duties is an essential element of the department, so flexibility is important. The team book for 4 theatres across two sites, theatres run Monday to Saturday.

This is a permanent position of 37.5hrs a week. The service we deliver is 08.00am to 18.00, Monday to Saturday so we are looking for someone who will be available to cover these times on a shift basis.
