ADMINISTRATOR Supply chain team - Corby - £25k - £27k + very generous benefits

You will have excellent Customer service, Administration or Logistics experience

You will have confident, professional communication skills with the ability to resolve queries. Be the main point of contact for our customer ensuring satisfaction and commitment is achieved. Be the voice of the customer and work jointly with the operational team to ensure KPI’s and SLAs are achieved; identify and communicate any potential issues.

ADMIN - Create and produce daily, weekly, monthly reports on time and to expected standard. Daily tasks include Reporting and managing KPI, doing the forecasting and planning, internal liaison and communication and updates. Really strong admin needed, need to manage alongside the Ops Manager so influencing and negotiating, work under pressure and attention to detail needed. You will have a background in Customer Service Administrator / Logistics looking to make a jump to more relationship management.

  • Have the ability to deliver KPI’s and customer SLA’s and understand what it takes to exceed expectations
