Care First UK Recruitment Solutions based in Ferndown, Dorset, well established, Permanent Healthcare Recruitment company seeks an experienced Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer
The role for the Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer is to support the Recruitment Consultants in search and selection and placing all the recruitment adverts for the team. You will be sourcing candidates for a variety of healthcare positions right across the UK.
As an Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer you will be involved in the following:
- Placing of advertisements on major websites
- Responsible to generate and source suitable candidates from all the major websites, social media, networking and the company database.
- Talking to applicants in a confident manner in order to generate interest in our vacancies.
- Qualifying candidate’s suitability for positions.
- Organising of interviews
- Adhoc administration tasks
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Competitive with a resilient nature
- Focussed, organised and committed.
- Computer literate
- Good written and spoken english
