About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Medical School to co-ordinate a wide range of administrative support relating to postgraduate programmes and CPD provision within the Edge Hill University Medical School. This is a dynamic and evolving role with responsibility for the provision of a high-quality support service to both internal and external stakeholders, working within the School Administration Team to deliver an outstanding student experience and to meet the business needs of the school. You will have an integrated portfolio of responsibilities which will support the full student journey, including tracking of students within a flexible portfolio of modules and programmes and processing of student assessments from submission to award.

Occasional travel to Manchester Campus will be required, in order to support delivery at this location.

Part-time or job-share arrangements may also be considered.

About You

As Administrator, you will:

Have experience of working in an administrative, organisational role in a busy office environment

Have experience of servicing formal meetings and minute taking

Have excellent organisational skill, flexibility, and attention to detail

Be able to prioritise to meet deadlines to the required quality standards along with high levels of customer service

Be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst using information technology systems to your maximum benefit

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
