COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:

Our Client is a well-established global manufacturing business and world leader in their field.

This role represents an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Administrator, seeking to develop new skills and use existing ones in a stable and professional environment. The successful candidate will provide support to the business unit and to the Senior Management team.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative support to business unit, and to the Senior management team
  • Liaising with teams from other UK and International business units
  • Preparation and creation of management presentations and reports
  • Reviewing and checking of documents where required
  • Organising/coordinate meeting and event, including conferences
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments and at all levels
  • Maintain files and accurately document all data
  • Working on Ad hoc projects, such as helping colleagues in different departments
  • Coordination travel arrangements for senior managers

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Good standard of education (GCSE English Language / Maths essential)
  • Strong written, verbal and electronically communicated english skills
  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines and to prioritise / re-prioritise as appropriate
  • Experience gained within a business / commercial environment, preferably within manufacturing, engineering or similar
  • Ability to work under pressure and good attention to detail
  • Strong IT Skills: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Databases
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Willingness and ability to meet challenges and develop new skills

Details of Package:

£24,000 to £30,000 PA (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package, including above average paid holiday entitlement + Life Assurance + Healthcare + Generous contributory pension scheme / 37 Hour week / 2pm finish on Fridays
