Hours:22.5hours Wednesday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm - the successful candidate will be required to work either 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 weekends Saturday & Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm - When working over a weekend you are given a day off Wednesday - Friday the week before and the week after you have worked that weekend shift

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for an Administrator within the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. The Administrator will be providing the following support to the team:

The administrator will be providing the following to support the team:

  • To deliver an effective and timely referral management service for service users within the Bury area.
  • Co-ordination of referrals & messages received into the Adult Community Nursing Team, including complex palliative care patients.
  • Answering the telephone and taking clinical information accurately
  • Managing a generic email box
  • General administrative duties

S kills required are:

  • EPR system use such as SystmOne and PARIS.
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well within a team
