Adecco are pleased to be working with a great client based in Meadowfield Co Durham.
We are looking to recruit a skilled administrator to work with the team to support with general administration duties.
Duties:
General Administration duties - including, answering telephone, emails and intercom as well as filing,
Photocopying and franking of outgoing post.
You will also assist with and cover
Skills required:
Good literacy and numeracy
Computer literate - outlook, word, excel
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service skills
Work well in a team as well as independently
This is a temporary contract of approx. 9 months plus.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 2:30pm

Process Sales Orders - Pricing checks and delivery availability
Create Order Acknowledgements on system and send to Customers
Organise daily dispatches and raise Delivery Notes - arrange with Production, Warehouse and Haulier
Raise Sales Invoices and send to Customers
Agree/raise Credit Notes
Create new Finished Goods codes on Stock
Liaise with Customers by Email, phone and post
Liaise with all departments and communicate with all levels of personnel
Matching delivery notes with Purchase invoices
Entering deliveries into stock
Coding Purchase invoices and sending them out for approval
Inputting Purchase invoices onto system ready for payment
Producing reports for managers
Any other admin work required
