Job description

My client is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be expected to liaise with people across all networks, offering exceptional levels of customer service to all.

Due to the nature of the industry, this role would suit someone who is confident, outgoing, and highly motivated, who is happy to forge new and existing working relationships with clients.

Experience of working in a high pressured, fast paced environment would be beneficial.

Key duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
• Data entry of new build fits and sales processing ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Liaising with Site Managers to ensure fitting is booked for when plot will be ready and before any legal completion dates.
• Manage Sub-Contractors workload evenly across the week ensuring it is geographically possible to complete daily work within agreed time frame.
• Respond to customer emails in a professional manner.
• Take Accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
• Conduct follow up calls on a daily basis to Site Managers to ensure they are satisfied with the products we have provided.
• Comply with all company procedures and policies including health and safety.
• Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes and policies. Person Specification:
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Computer literate (essential)
• Must possess strong organisation and communication skills.
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must be proactive and able to confidentially work independently, as well as being a positive team player
• Knowledge of flooring products, desirable but not essential
