My client based in Stonehouse are looking for an Administrator to join a small and friendly team on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with current administration experience to be involved in a varied and fast paced role.
Responsibilities/Duties;
- First point of contact to receive incoming calls
- Order processing, job completions and reporting
- Check Day Sheet for return of job sheets; resolve queries
- Accurately register Gas Safe, NICEIC installations and warranties
- Undertake tenant satisfaction surveys and reporting
- Raise estimates and follow-up outcomes
- Accurate daily filing of order paperwork
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Good experience in using Microsoft Office
- Proven ability in problem solving and working to deadlines
- Be methodical, systematic and highly organised
- Have a flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach
Salary- Up to £21,500
