My client based in Stonehouse are looking for an Administrator to join a small and friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with current administration experience to be involved in a varied and fast paced role.

Responsibilities/Duties;
  • First point of contact to receive incoming calls
  • Order processing, job completions and reporting
  • Check Day Sheet for return of job sheets; resolve queries
  • Accurately register Gas Safe, NICEIC installations and warranties
  • Undertake tenant satisfaction surveys and reporting
  • Raise estimates and follow-up outcomes
  • Accurate daily filing of order paperwork
Candidate Attributes
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Good experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability in problem solving and working to deadlines
  • Be methodical, systematic and highly organised
  • Have a flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach
Hours- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary- Up to £21,500
