Full-Time: Monday to Friday 8:30 till 5 pm.
Location: Percepta UK, Daventry NN11 8NT (Currently working from home due to COVID situation)

The administrator role is integral in the administration of all the daily tasks and aspects of the Customer Relationship Centre. The Daventry Operations Administrators’ duties range from the processing of shift-swap, sickness recording and holiday requests, to the generation, distribution and updating of standard reports. They are also responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Centre team via the generation of ad-hoc reporting and completion of Administration tasks.
Your interaction will be accomplished through a combination of inbound/outbound phone, emails and chat sessions.
Skills required:
- Proficient user of MS Desktop applications and MS operating systems; Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Specialist reporting system knowledge would be desirable
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Diligence, attention to detail and reliability are essential
