The Role

We are looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support to the Wealth Builder or Wealth Management teams.

Summary of Job Purpose

• Processing the submission of new & top up business to relevant provider platforms, checking adviser has provided full compliance requirements. Updating our back-office system with the new business and uploading all relevant documents. Back-Office system - Intelligent Office.

• Working with various provider platforms – to add expectations for new monies in. Processing Switches. Purchasing and selling of funds. Paying out ad hoc income requests.

• Supporting and dealing with our migration project – moving assets from current platform over to Hubwise.

• Annual Client Review Reports.

• Helping to ensure client review meetings are booked into Adviser diaries if required.

• Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings.

• Answer overflow telephone calls in support of the Receptionist.

• Ad hoc Projects.

Experience

▪ Excellent interpersonal skills

▪ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

▪ Working within a fast-paced office with a large team and the ability to work independently.

▪ Ability to organise own workload, prioritise effectively and identify issues for escalation.

▪ Strong computer skills.

▪ Ability to learn new software.

▪ Excellent Time Keeping.

▪ Previous work experience in the IFA Market/dealing with Provider Platforms – At least 3 years minimum experience required.
