Our client is a small family run business that is ready to take their business to the next level. For the right individual this is an exciting time to be joining our client, you will be working within a team of five others, and it really is a case that everyone gets involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the office to ensure things run smoothly.

Duties:
General administration.
Managing the database.
Preparing and raising of quotes.
Diary management.
Scheduling appointments for the sub-contractors.
Assisting with some of the basic finance duties.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.

Who are we looking for:
Someone that has a can and will do attitude.
Not afraid to get stuck in and support others.
At least one to two years administrative experience.
Excellent people skills.
Client-driven always.
Diary management.
Good team player but also happy to work alone when needed.
Some finance experience would be beneficial.
Working knowledge of Word, Outlook Excel, and Xero.

Working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 4.30pm finish.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

Salary: £10.75-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
