Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to be part of our established Hub Property Services team. The role is based in our Peterborough Office. The job purpose is to administer the approval of contractors and suppliers working on behalf of the Savills Rural division. Further elements of the role involve supporting our management team with administrative tasks to include data cleansing and project management support.

The role will involve travel to the Cheltenham office to complete training within the first month of the role and occasional travel to Cheltenham thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

Requesting and reviewing documentation from prospective new contractors / suppliers.

Reviewing existing contractors / suppliers on an annual basis.

Accurately uploading details to Savills internal property management systems.

Liaising with contractors and internal teams over the telephone and by email to ensure all aspects of Savills health and safety policy are adhered to.

Data cleansing records with an internal database.

Admin tasks to support the project team.

Key Skills

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communications skills.

Able to assimilate information quickly and identify errors in submissions.

Able to work well within a team environment.

Excellent data administration skills using MS Office package.

Intermediate level of technical ability with MS Excel.

Good written and spoken English.

Competent in database entry.

Numerate and literate.

The Savills Rural Supplier department is an established and busy team that provide a comprehensive service, incorporating all aspects of contractor and supplier approval on behalf of a wide variety of clients. Maintaining the highest level of service to clients is our core aim, but we also believe that work should be enjoyable and fulfilling. Through strong work ethics, excellent teamwork and forging strong professional relationships, the Rural Supplier team is a vital support of other professional and management services provided by Savills across the residential, rural and mixed-use commercial property sectors.

Please note the salary for this role is £23,850.
