Administrator We are looking for an administrator to work within our Health & Safety team. The position will be full-time and based in our office in Pensilva, with the office hours being 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Job Description:-Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of office systems.
  • Assist with the co-ordination and implementation of H&S policies and practice
  • Populate and monitor the H&S databases
  • Liaising with the HR & Contracts Managers regarding new starters
  • Liaising with the Company Buyer in ordering/supply/distribution of PPE The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Previous experience within a construction site would be advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
