Administrator I am currently looking for an Administrator to support my client, based in Alfreton, in the day-to-day administration duties of the business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have the initiative to balance multiple tasks and deadlines and organise their time effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience and ambition to further their career and grow alongside the business. An interest or ambition to progress into marketing or help with creative tasks would also advantageous. About the role:-Inputting holidays, expenses, attendance reports
  • Staff Development Reviews & Training schedules
  • Reception cover - phones, meeting rooms, greeting clients, deliveries etc.
  • Monitoring external inboxes - sales, enquiries, careers
  • Coding and coordinating invoices and timesheets for head office accounts team
  • And the potential to help out with marketing campaigns (if interested) Hours & pay:
  • Salary up to £25,000 per year dependant on experience
  • Full time
  • Permanent contract About you:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an admin role or similar
  • Excellent organisation skills and numerically accurate, with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding and ability to operate Microsoft office software (Word/Excel/Outlook in particular)
  • Ability to work within allocated time scales
  • Good punctuality, pro-active approach, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
  • Professional telephone manner
