Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company in LEIGH.About You
  • Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Methodical and conscientious in approach - with keen attention to detail
  • A problem solver who is not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Experience and confident in using MS Office and Google application
  • Strong communication and telephony skills
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
About The Role
  • Office hours are between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, however we would look for a flexible approach.
  • £10 per hour (Dependant on experience)
  • Insurance claim monitoring and handling including liaising with brokers and third parties
  • Assisting in the development of marketing strategies
  • Monitoring fuel spend within the company
  • Monitoring and updating essential documentation including various reports
  • Administration of company fleet
  • Liaising with internal workshop / garage
  • Collating / monitoring vehicle defect reports
  • Monitoring driver’s hours and collating necessary reports
  • Experience using R2C desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Start: ASAP
