RME Consultants are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven Administrator who is confident in following policies, procedures and can work well under pressure.Role: AdministratorSalary: £20,000 per annumContract: Full time, PermanentHours: Monday to FridayLocation: Amersham, BuckinghamshireMain Duties for Administrator;
  • Answering incoming calls, dealing with customers and re-directing where appropriate
  • Administration paperwork including dockets and contracts
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Diary maintenance
  • Quotations
  • Contracts
  • Writing emails and letters
  • Invoicing
Experience required for Administrator;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Administrative experience would be an advantage but are not essential
  • Good telephone and communication skills
