Job description for Administrator/lead takerThis role will focus on supporting the showroom administration, assisting the design consultants, as well as working with our customers directly on their projects.
Responsibilities include;
.Supporting the showroom, customers and sales team in all areas
.Ensuring the showroom is maintained to high level of cleanliness
.Taking deliveries and checking stock
.Answering the phone and dealing with daily enquires as they come in
.Use of internal systems efficiently
.Lead taking, engaging with customers, booking appointments and following the customers journey
Profile;
.Ideally have previous experience in an administrative role
.Strong attention to detail
.Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
.Good communication skills
.Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Full time – 9:30-5 5 days a week, hours to include every other Saturday and flexibility to help cover holidays and deliveries
Salary - £21,000 pa
