Commissions Processor / Administrator- Chippenham

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are a market leading Mortgage Network within the Financial Service sector. Based within ourChippenhamoffices located on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham, we are looking to recruit aCommissions Processorinto our business on aFull Time Permanent basis.

TheCommissions Processorwould assist inthe payments of commissions to our 930+ partner Mortgage Advisory businesses (ARs) across the UK. These commissions come into our business as payments from Mortgage Lenders and Insurance Providers for recommending their products.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be skilled with Microsoft officeand in particular Excel, haveprevious administrative / data entryexperience and be able tooffer truly World Class service to our partner firms.

Selection criteria -

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

Excel experienced

Data Entry experienced

Be organised and efficient with a high standard of attention to detail

Strong team player, with ability to work both collaboratively and under own initiative

Self-motivated, able to complete tasks and exercise judgement

Strong attention to detail

Provide a World Class service in dealings with our partner firms

The role is based on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham SN14 with the hours being 9 - 5Mon - Fri

Starting salary - £17,000 - £18,500 DOE Negotiable
