Administrator / Compliance Administration Assistant with excellent communication, administrative, time-management and organisational skills is required for an airport based in Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Compliance Administration Assistant with excellent communication, administrative, time-management and organisational skills.

Working as the Administrator / Compliance Administration Assistant you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the Assurance & Compliance department by working closely with the team to support in the administrative tasks of business compliance.

As the Administrator / Compliance Administration Assistant you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Administrator / Compliance Administration Assistant include:

The provision of administrative support to the Assurance & Compliance team in relation to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Compliance Auditing and follow up actions

Efficient and accurate completion of a variety of general administration activities including:

documentation filing

inputting, maintaining and recording data

typing up meeting minutes and documentation

diary management and scheduling/organisation of meetings

Support in drafting, managing, and distributing communications and paperwork

Upholding the integrity of compliance standards at all times by ensuring relevant compliance information is collected and processed appropriately and accurately

Coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders to develop accurate workflows and support in project management

Support in the preparation of presentations for delivery to Stakeholders and forums of all levels across the airport. Specifically, developing the slide decks and providing an insight through trend analyses

The analysis of compliance data and generation of presentations to demonstrate trends

Processing of all information and documentation in accordance with GDPR

Collaborate with Stakeholders and departments across the business as required to fulfil administrative duties through open communication channels

Proactively identify areas for improvement within the team, with a particular focus on administrative and system processes

Complete additional adhoc tasks as requested by the Head of Group Assurance

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Basic project management skills

Working experience of compliance is preferable

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is preferable

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities

Ability to exhibit the highest standards of integrity and maintain confidentiality

Excellent communication both written and verbal

A highly organised individual who works efficiently and diligently

Self-motivated and keen to learn

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

High attention to detail at all times
