Louise Oliver Properties are a fully independent estate agents, a small and friendly team of professionals who prioritise our clients needs.

We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join out team.

Responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Advertising properties online and on our window display
  • Dictation and sending emails
  • Office management and filing
  • Keeping databases up-to-date
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face maintaining company standards
  • Use and maintain the branch’s online diary where required
  • Communicate with third party companies when necessary
  • Provide high levels of customer service

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Good people skills and customer service
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Have excellent computer skills with Office applications (especially Excel and social media
  • A friendly & enthusiastic manner

Experience in estate agency is not essential as full training will be provided, admin experience is required.

The ideal candidate should be smart, polite, friendly, sociable and confident with an outgoing personality, can-do attitude and have a passion for customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
