London City Bond Ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join our administration team located at our head office in Barking. You will be based in our goods inwards department and will be responsible for receipting intakes onto our bespoke Warehouse Management System.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Entering data onto our bespoke WMS system
  • Answering client emails and phone calls
  • General office duties, filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Management team to ensure service levels are maintained.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in an office/administrative environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of all aspects of Information Technology including spreadsheets, databases and word processing
  • Rapid and accurate data input skills
  • Ability to ensure both accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and experience of dealing with customers
  • Ability to show initiative and work unsupervised
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with others and have good interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working as a member of a team
  • Experience and ability to work consistently under pressure

Due to location it is advantageous to have your own transport although not necessary

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
