Immediate Start Required!Are you an Administrator with strong Excel skills?
FullFibre is looking for an Administration Support to join the support function of the Commercial team on a 2-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to extend.
As Administration Support you will report to the Commercial Support Manager to ensure work orders from subcontractors and FullFibre’s direct labour teams are accurate and up to date as well as provide reactive administrative duties.
This is an administrational role working predominantly with Excel, and previous experience in a similar role is essential. Training will be provided.
Key Duties And Responsibilities...
- Accurately cross-check Payment Schedules against Work Order Statuses in the FullFibre portal
- Ensure Work Order Statuses are accurate and up to date
- Update internal data records accurately in line with the portal using Excel spreadsheets
- Report inaccurate Work Order Statuses to the Commercial Support Manager and Quantity Surveyors
- Liaise with departments within the wider business to collate missing information from Work Orders and Payment Schedules.
- General housekeeping of the portal and payment scheduler.
- Provide ad-hoc administrational support to the Commercial Support Manager
- 1+ years in an Administrative role
- Highly computer and IT literate
- Working knowledge of Excel and databases
- Previous experience navigating a portal or Work Order system (desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work reactively
- Previous experience in a similar role
- From £12 - £14 per hour DOE
- Full training provided
- 25 day’s holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
