How will you support us?

As an Administrator Supervisor you will supervise the team in ensuring all aspects of the administration for the branch are carried out in a timely manner and with full compliance to company procedures. Typical tasks you can expect to do include;

· Returns Material Authorisation and Credit input and administrate

· Scanning of all dispatch notes

· Daily reconciliation of cash screen

· To administrate petty cash in line with company procedures

· To print and administrate compliance reports

· Stock movements adhering to authorisation levels

· Monitor and resolve customer invoice queries

· Supervise stock control of the depot

· Input of non-stock purchase orders within authorisation levels

· Work closely with operations to ensure stock integrity levels are upheld accurately
