The Debt Operations section at our head office in Bradford carries out the debt counselling work of CAP. The service is then delivered to clients through a network of Debt Coaches, who are based in partner churches all over the UK. The Paperwork Administrator provides essential administrative support to all teams within debt operations.

The role

The Administration Officers are responsible for handling the various forms of paperwork that come into Head Office. This includes ensuring important paperwork from our clients, creditors and debt coaches is accurately scanned on and uploaded onto our case management systems and returned when necessary. Administration Officers are an integral part of Debt Operations, ensuring all paperwork is passed through to the relevant teams.
