We have a vacancy for a part- time administration assistant to support our Transport Co-ordinator in our trade waste department.

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours of work: 12pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 25hrs per week
Start Date: Immediate

Duties include assisting the Transport co-ordinator with:

  • Investigating and responding to customer queries via email and over the phone
  • Preparing the route schedules and relevant paperwork for drivers
  • In-house compliance reporting.
  • general administration duties
  • Skills:
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Good computer literacy (Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential)
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Flexible and timely approach to tasks

Advantageous (but not essential)Please send your CV along with a cover letter outlining relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of or previous experience in Waste Management industry
  • Previous experience in similar administration support role
