Summary
Administration duties to support a small business based in Oswestry Town Centre. The organisation is within the publishing industry and operations internationally, with the central business supported from Oswestry.
The Publishing Production Coordinator position will consist of liaising with various internal and external teams, organising project workflow, electronic and paper filing, invoice processing, and problem solving. The most suitable person will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, via email and telephone. Project coordination experience preferred but not essential.
It is essential that the applicant has a good understanding of computers, such as using Google Drive/Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
The duties will include:
Liaising and coordinating with people from other departments internally and externally
Organising project workflow
Document filing
Answering and making calls/emails
Problem solving
Invoice processing
General office administration
The successful candidate will be:
Highly organised, dynamic, an excellent communicator, reliable, quick to learn new skills, proactive, have a good understanding of computers, and have a good attention to detail.
You will be given:
Full time working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM
Unpaid lunch break (1 hour)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
