ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Required for a busy travel office.

Administrative assistant is required for work in a busy travel office based in Tremadog. Duties will include providing administrative support to the General Manager and our team of travel consultants. Successful applicants will receive full training and in time will progress on to Tour Administration and Tailor made itineraries.

Requirements: Experience in general office procedure, customer care skills, articulate telephone manner, a good standard of numeracy and general computer skills. The ability to compose correspondence is essential.

Previous experience in a travel office is not essential as training will be given.

Full time position: 40hrs per week (Monday - Friday)

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm

Salary: Meets National Living Wage
