ADMIN & CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

COLNE – PERMANENT – PART TIME

Working 5 days per week (Monday- Friday)

About the Role

We are on the lookout for an Admin & Customer Care Coordinator to support our catering team and develop their skills at Banny’s. They will be required to help with the smooth running and organization on a daily basis within our office environment including customer enquiries, general administration duties and flexible ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing administration tasks and keeping an organized work area including petty cash money handling, filing, ordering and use of ICT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Respond to customer enquiries/complaints effectively via email, social media and telephone.
  • Communicating effectively with fellow colleagues and team members to ensure the smooth daily running of the business and ensure tasks are completed in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Developing a breadth of knowledge about the company, people and products and be able to communicate this to customers.
  • Knowledge of HR processes would be desirable but not essential to the role.

About You

Strong skills in communication and organization are essential to this role and a willingness to learn new skills is crucial. The ability to work flexibly and problem solve will be ideal in the successful candidate, alongside computer skills and customer service experience however training will be provided where needed. The successful applicant will be motivated and hardworking, with the ability to prioritize and manage their own workload as well as monitoring and keeping those around them on task.
