DORCHESTER

TEMPORARY CONTRACT

IMMEDIATE START, reviewed May 2024

£11.57 per hour increasing to £12.50ph after 12 weeks

Monday to Friday

37 hours per week

WEEKLY PAY

Confident administrator able to pick up new systems quickly?

Do you hold a BASIC DBS?

Do you live within 15miles of DT1 1XJ?

Have the facilities to work from home as and when required?

We are recruiting an ADMIN ASSISTANTto join our client on a temporary basis. The contract will we be reviewed in May 2024. Working hours are 08.30am to 17.15pm Monday to Friday. The role is mainly office based however the client has indicated it may go hybrid and you will be requested to attend meetings on site as and when required. You will be working with sensitive data hence requiring a DBS.

You Will Have

  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive ’can do’ attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Computer literature with experience of using all MS Office Programmes
  • Eye for detail and good attention to detail
