Job Title: Admin Assistant Job Location: Edinburgh Job Type: Contract, Temporary Job Rate: £10-12.00
Hours: Full time, 40hrs a week

AJ connect is working with a high performing construction company based in Edinburgh and they are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised professional for an admin assistant position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Preparing documents, papers, reports
  • General Adhoc tasks as required.
  • Liaising with suppliers, ordering supplies
  • Opening mail/deliveries and distributing
  • Handle telephone and email enquires

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • A self-starter and team player with the capacity to use own initiative and work alone when necessary;
  • Previous experience in a similar function is highly preferable
  • A positive attitude with the drive to learn and expand on skills and knowledge;



This is a temporary position initially with an immediate start lasting for 3 months minimum that will go permanent after.
