Admin Assistant (Contract Support) - Temporary (6 months, may lead to permanent)Salary: c£20k (pro rata) depending on experience
Location: Hybrid - Home working & Jamesbridge office based
We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant in a Contract Support role, who is passionate about their role in offering excellent service and standards to our customers. We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, and able to work on their own initiative and able to raise concerns where appropriate.
The key purpose of this role is focused on supporting the day to day running of the contracts team with the Account Managers.

Key Accountabilities
- To be support to contract account managers with contract admin including range changes.
- To maintain contract price and contract product files
- To ensure product substitutions are handled according to customer specification
- To provide support for other departments when handling contract enquiries
- To process orders and credit activity
- To monitor price files and review agree changes with Pricing & Margin team.
- To ensure accurate product information is supplied to customers when requested
- Numeracy and Literacy (Essential) GSCE level of equivalent in Maths and English
- Experience with a range of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Ability to use v-look up /Pivot tables / basic formulae functions
- Be able to work within a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Accuracy
- Basic administration experience

- Gain hands-on experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
