Duties will include:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct as appropriate
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Support with the organisation of shipments to customers via DHL or other couriers
  • Raise and print Works Tickets
  • Support with stock checks as and when required
  • Preparation for site visits, meet and greet visitors, arrange refreshments and lunches
  • Carry out duties in accordance with all company policies, procedures and SOP’s
  • Carry out duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Support and train colleagues where necessary, in line with work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to and participate in company activities
  • Contribute to the business by identifying opportunities for improving working practices, processes and/or procedures based on experience
  • Carry out additional and/or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business
