About us

Grampian Accounting is a family run Business with a conscientious, friendly team that have all worked together with service of between 3 and 18 years. We now wish to expand this team.

This role is to provide support to the Administrative and Payroll functions of the Business.

Duties in the Administrative side include all aspects of preparing and filing documents at Companies House and HMRC for and on behalf of clients. Communicating with new and current clients and maintaining the Company Databases.

The duties on the Payroll side will include the administrative elements of maintaining the payroll software for clients and training to assist in the preparation of payrolls, publishing to clients and the relevant filings at HMRC.

The successful candidate will require to be meticulous, numerate and be able to communicate effectively with clients and fellow team members.

The successful candidate must have experience working in a professional office environment in the above admin areas and be looking to progress to take on more duties and responsibilities within that area and train in payroll.
