Our client in Dorchester is looking to recruit an Administrator / Finance Assistant to join the busy friendly team.

Main Duties
  • Reception Duties
  • Screening calls
  • Answering the phones
  • Message taking
  • Greeting office visitors
  • Filling and Photocopying
  • Scheduling Meetings & Diary Management
  • Looking after the H&S functions of the office
  • Ad Hoc Secretarial Duties
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Recruitment and Travel Requests, as needed
  • Administration Support to the Financial Controller as needed
  • Ad Hoc duties in support of the Admin and Finance Department

  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent attention to detail

Location: Dorchester

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours over Monday to Friday
