Our client in Dorchester is looking to recruit an Administrator / Finance Assistant to join the busy friendly team.Main Duties
- Reception Duties
- Screening calls
- Answering the phones
- Message taking
- Greeting office visitors
- Filling and Photocopying
- Scheduling Meetings & Diary Management
- Looking after the H&S functions of the office
- Ad Hoc Secretarial Duties
- Assisting the Office Manager with Recruitment and Travel Requests, as needed
- Administration Support to the Financial Controller as needed
- Ad Hoc duties in support of the Admin and Finance Department
Person Specification:
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional approach to work with a ’Can do’/’Agile’ attitude
- Confidentiality
- Ability to take initiative to complete tasks
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours over Monday to Friday
