Accounts Trainee + AAT Study

£16,000 – £18,000

In your first accounts role, your manager plays an important part in shaping your career.

The manager of this company wants to train someone up and has the time to invest in the training and supporting you to become a fully qualified AAT Accountant.

He has done the qualification himself so knows what hurdles you’ll hit so will make sure you get the exposure relevant to your studies.

Within your first 12 months you will master purchase & sales ledger, gaining exposure in all areas of transactional accounting for you to pass your exams and complete AAT Level 2.

Once complete, you will then have an annual review with your manager who will set up tasks for you to work towards on a 3-monthly basis, giving you exposure into more complex areas of accounting and reflecting your short & long-term goals.

The business is really relaxed, so much so that it’s casual attire in work, although the content of your meetings will be informative, the manager has a really informal approach to put you at ease – and you can ask any questions you want.
