This is a new role resulting from CSL’s new Operating Model and the establishment of a Global Accounting Operations Team.

The role is part of the Accounts Receivable team and is responsible for processing Cash Applications activities in line with policies and procedures. This role will apply cash to customer accounts, research remittance errors and process credit/debit memos as required. This role will assist in preparing balance sheet reconciliations and support ad hoc requests

  • Apply cash to customer accounts according to remittance instructions and in line with policies and procedures
  • Research remittance errors (including analyzing any deductions self-applied by the customer) and escalate as required
  • Process credit / debit memos as required
  • Assist in preparing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Support ad hoc requests (e.g., queries from Collections teams)
  • Support ad hoc projects or continuous improvement activities
  • Provide support and assistance with Collections activities during periods of high demand as required.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. Professional certification (CPA/CMA) desirable but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements

4+ years’ experience in accounting and finance including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications and Collections.

Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry highly desirable.
